140 Word Challenge Pure Storyline

At the moment I'm creating a dramatic story. The title is called:Pure, the genres this story fits in are:drama, slice of life and adventure. The story focuses around a girl named: Ran Mangetsu. She is your average student in Japan, however because of her below average grades her mother isn't very fond of her. AS the story progresses, Ran becomes a victim of bullying up until high school. At the moment Ran is only thirteen years old, and her life is already a bit rough. Ran also had feelings for this boy in her class named:Raion and he's amazingly smart. That's currently where I left the story of because I want to think of how the bullying begins. Raion invites Ran to the summer festival and I want that to be the part where she confesses her feelings.

Remembrance Day

It was a special day yesterday because we remembered the soldiers that have sacrificed their lives for our country.
It's amazing how much a fight can turn into a war, how much a little conflict can lead to drastic measures.
Many soldiers had families, many had just began to live life. Those who once had dreams can't live to achieve them anymore.
In just a few hundred years over 100,000 Canadian died in many battles from Afghanistan to Korea.
Now their families have to cope with their permanent absence.

I thank you for sacrificing your lives to serve your country.
Your duty is now over, you don't need to shoot guns anymore or lie in trenches.
You will no longer have to hear your comrades die in pain.
The war that have fought in left nothing but wreckage, solitaire land once beautiful and now destroyed.
Many of you were hsbands, sons, dads and citizens.
You must have suffered,I thank you for putting yourself through all that suffering so we didn't have to suffer.

I am so grateful that we live in this beautiful country because of what the soldiers did.
All their efforts never went to waste by putting themselves out their and continue to fight for peace, they left behind a beautiful country.

Thank you

Canada will always remember you.
